Woodside makes political contributions on an ad hoc basis for participation in Labor, Liberal and National party business engagement forums at a national level and in Western Australia.
•	WDS is registering these activities on behalf of itself and its subsidiary entities and representatives who may from time to time engage in the activities on behalf of fellow joint venture participants who may be qualifying Foreign Principals under the Act.

WDS subsidiary Woodside Energy Julimar Pty Ltd (WEJ) is a joint venture participant and operator of the Julimar Development Project. Under the relevant joint venture arrangements, WEJ may from time to time undertake the registered activities on behalf of its fellow joint venture participants which include KUFPEC.
