Santos Ltd (‘Santos’) is the ultimate holding company for the Santos Group of companies.  Santos GLNG Pty Ltd (ABN 12 131 271 648) (‘Santos GLNG’), a subsidiary of Santos, provides certain services to and on behalf of GLNG Operations Pty Ltd (‘GLNG OPL’), which is the operator of the downstream component of the GLNG project. 

Santos GLNG, in its capacity as service provider to GLNG OPL, is expected to act on behalf of all of the joint venture participants for certain registrable activities related to the GLNG downstream project. 

Santos GLNG may undertake parliamentary lobbying, including with respect to Commonwealth regulation, approvals and policy relating to the downstream component of the GLNG project. 

Santos GLNG is registering in its capacity as service provider to GLNG OPL. 

PAPL (Downstream) Pty Ltd holds a 27.5 % interest in GLNG Operations Pty Ltd and is one of four shareholding owners.

b.	Petronas Australia Pty Limited is owned by Petronas International Corporation Ltd
c.	Petronas International Corporation Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Petroliam Nasional Berhad
d.	Petroliam Nasional Berhad (known as “Petronas”) was established in August 1974 and operates under the terms of the Petroleum Development Act passed in October 1974.  The Government of Malaysia owns 100% of Petronas.

GLNG Operations Pty Ltd acts on behalf of all of the joint venture participants including PAPL (Downstream) Pty Ltd.
