Santos Ltd (‘Santos’) is the ultimate holding company for the Santos Group of companies. Certain subsidiaries of Santos, namely Santos CSG Pty Ltd (ABN 72 121 188 654), Bronco Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 70 121 979 664) and Santos TOGA Pty Ltd (ABN 46 077 536 871) (collectively the ‘Relevant Santos Subsidiaries’) hold a 30% interest in and operate the upstream GLNG joint ventures.
The Relevant Santos Subsidiaries, in their capacity as operator of the relevant upstream GLNG joint ventures are expected to undertake any relevant joint venture arrangements on behalf of all of the joint venture participants.
The Relevant Santos Subsidiaries may undertake general political lobbying, including with respect to Commonwealth regulation, approvals and policy relating to the upstream GLNG joint ventures.

Relevant Santos Subsidiaries operate the upstream GLNG joint ventures.
The Korean Gas Corporation and its subsidiaries (KOGAS Australia Pty Ltd, KGLNG E&P Pty Ltd and KGLNG E&P II Pty Ltd) hold a 15% interest in the upstream GLNG joint ventures.
The Korean Gas Corporation was established by the Korean Government in 1983 and is listed on the Korean Composite Stock Price Index. The owners are:
i. 34% Government of South Korea
ii. 20% Korea Electric Power Corp
iii. 8% National Pension Service of Korea
iv. 38% other
