Description of the arrangement with the foreign principal 
The French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation ( Ministère de lʼEnseignement supérieur,de la Recherche et de lʼInnovation) is a supporting organisation of the International Human Frontier Science Program Organisation (HFSPO). HFSPO is an international collaboration in fundamental life science research, supported by Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland the United Kingdom, the United States of America and the European Commission.
The Ministry provides France’s financial contribution to HFSPO.
