The engagement, to which I have been appointed, is the quality audit of the performance of the City University of Hong Kong. The work involves a small, independent panel of higher education experts (2 from outside Hong Kong) reviewing the operations, policy frameworks, leadership, organisational structures and performance of the University against a prescribed set of standards. These audits are undertaken of all Hong Kong universities, as a condition of government funding, every five (5) years. |
