Agreed deliverables from Hunter &
Co. Consultancy are:
1. Two roundtable events, focused on key sectors (Renewable Energy and Green
Hydrogen / agriculture / business services /infrastructure and logistics), with at least
15 potential investors present at each.
2. Five bilateral meetings, focussed on introductions to vetted, qualified investors in
target sectors (metals, mining and adjacent services; and education)
3. One tourism roadshow event, which will bring together a small number of Namibian
suppliers with Australian operators.
4. Interviews with trusted journalists, representing key Australian media outlets.
5. Report on the three-month engagement with recommended next steps.

Hunter&Co has managed the inbound delegation of the Namibia Investment Promotion Development Board (NIPDP), led by its CEO Nangula Uaandja, which coincided with Africa Down Under. The NIPDP sits within the Office of the President. There are around twenty Australian companies in Namibia, a traditional mining jurisdiction which also is one of the cheapest sources of green energy in the world. NIPDP is keen to diversify its economic relationship with Australia into sectors including agriculture, logistics, and business services. There is great opportunity for knowledge transfer, particularly with respect to dry land farming and feedstock in dry climates: areas in which Australia has great expertise, in similar climatic contexts.
