E-mail to my local member of parliament, to the Australian Attorney General, to the Australian Defence Minister, to two West Australian Greens senators and to other individuals bringing to their attention the planned lodgement of a petition in the District Court for the South District of New York by the Lawyers Committee for 911 Inquiry, an organization associated with my foreign principal, for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to compel the US Attorney for that district to advise whether or not a Grand Jury has been empanelled to investigate the evidence submitted to his office on 10th April 2018, 30th July 2018 and 12th March 2019 regarding the mass murders that were committed in that district on 11th September 2001 and if so what the status of those Grand Jury investigations is currently.  The US Attorney's office, in a telephone conversation with the committee's lawyers in June 2019, declined to give such advise due to the secrecy provisions of the Grand Jury process.  This latest petition will ask the court to compel the US Attorney to advise the petitioners of the progress of their petitions.

This foreign principal is a section 501(c)3 non-taxable charitable organization under US law and is not classified as a "political organization" in the USA but maybe judged to be so under this scheme.
