Blackstone Charter Cities is in an arrangement with Jeffrey Geer, a foreign government related individual, to potentially engage in parliamentary lobbying which may involve Ministerial lobbying activities in the context of possible property development projects. These projects may involve US defence assets and US Department of Defense, and other related US agencies.

Jeffrey Geer and Blackstone Charter Cities have an arrangement under which Blackstone may undertake general political and parliamentary lobbying. Mr Geer is a party to this arrangement in his personal capacity, but is also employed with the US Department of Defense and is accustomed in his work to act in accordance with its directions.  Jeffrey Geer complies with all US Government disclosure requirements.
