SGSP (Australia) Assets Pty Ltd is the parent company in a corporate group including businesses that trade under the following brands: Jemena, Zinfra and Ovida (SGSPAA Group). I am an employee of the SGSPAA Group. The SGSPAA Group owns and operates assets and businesses in the energy sector, including the Jemena Electricity Network in Victoria, the Jemena Gas Network in NSW, the Queensland Gas Pipeline, the Eastern Gas Pipeline and the Northern Gas Pipeline.
The parent company, SGSP (Australia) Assets Pty Ltd, is a private company. Its shareholders are State Grid Corporation of China (which is ultimately owned by the Chinese government) and Singapore Power (which is ultimately owned by the Singaporean government).
